  • Must not have history of keloid or hyperthropic scarring
  • Must not have suntan or sun burn for at least 1 week
  • Must not have illness (cold, flu, COVID-19, etc) at the time of tattoo
  • Must disclose all known allergies
  • Must disclose blood transmitted diseases

  • Must be over 18 years old
  • Must not be pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Must not be on Accutane or acne medications
  • Must not be on blood thinning medications
  • Must not have acne, moles, or eczema in the treatment area

Please note: For all tattoos, the following restrictions apply:
